Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Everyday Sales.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery is usually:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • Some orders may arrive sooner or experience delays due to the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Separate Packages

If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages because they may be shipped from different warehouses.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Everyday Sales is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
